Hamiltonian Systems

The Gale transform is a duality between moduli spaces of n points in projective spaces of dimensions r and s, where r+s+2=n. It is induced by the duality between Grassmannians Gr(k,n) and Gr(n-k,n).

In this talk, we will investigate geometric properties of the Gale transform, in particular its relationship with projective duality (duality between vertices and facets), and applications to pentagram maps.
