Algebraic Geometry Seminar

The theory of derived commutative rings is a good home for various derived constructions that arise in algebraic geometry, like derived intersections and derived global sections, in any characteristic. I'll try to explain a fairly simple construction of this theory, and the general paradigm underlying the construction (of which there are also other interesting instances).
