When teaching math, I like to incorporate demonstrations and experiments into my lectures with the aid of inexpensive and readily available gadgets. It is my believe this makes learning mathematics engaging, indelible and accessible for students. In this talk, I will share some examples, and share how they may be suitable for teaching various math topics, as well as student reactions and other insights based on personal experience. I hope these examples and discussions inspire student learning and undergraduate teaching. As the gadgets are portable, they will be physically present as part of the talk. Audience participation will be encouraged.
