Gross and Keating computed the intersection number of 3 modular correspondences and it was observed that this intersection number is related to the Fourier coefficients of the derivative of Eisenstein series of weight 2 and genus 3. I will give a formula for the positive definite Fourier coefficients of the derivative of Eisenstein series of weight 2 and genus 4. The result is not totally analogous to the case of genus 3, but according to Sungmun Cho and Takuya Yamauchi, these Fourier coefficients have close connection with the intersection number of 4 modular correspondences.
