Abstract:

We describe the dynamics of Hecke correspondances and the asymptotic distribution of CM points in the moduli space of pp-adic elliptic curves. The main ingredient is a pp-adic version of Linnik's theorem on the equidistribution of integer points in spheres. This is a joint work with Sebastian Herrero and Ricardo Menares.
