In this talk, we shall discuss bounds on Euler-Kronecker constants of asymptotically exact family of number fields. In particular, we will improve the bounds on this constant for cyclotomic fields, assuming GRH and unconditionally. We will also discuss the general case for asymptotically good tower of number fields.
