The flip graph of a polygon (or a punctured surface) is the graph whose vertices are the triangulations of the polygon (or the surface) and whose edges correspond to elementary moves called flips. In this talk we will explore some geometric properties of this graph, in particular we will talk about some recent results about its diameter. This is based on a joint work with Hugo Parlier.

The Postdocs Seminar is a series of informal talks by Postdoctoral fellows. The aim is to learn some basics about each others research areas and to get into contact.
