We will talk about several topics covered in Euclid's Elements starting with a discussion on the very first definitions, postulates and common notions. We will translate some of them from Ancient Greek together, including the definition of parallel lines.
Travelling back and forth in time, we will also have a closer look on the arithmetic of line segments, axioms for incidence as well as some more algebraic and combinatorial problems.
